Question 1

Are the trips suitable for solo travellers?

Accepted Answer

Yes — most of our stranger trips are designed for solo travellers. A trip captain coordinates the group and plans activities that help everyone connect naturally.

Question 2

Is it safe for women to join stranger trips?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We verify every traveller, our trip captains are trained for group safety, and we book verified stays. Women travellers make up a large part of our community.

Question 3

What is the payment schedule?

Accepted Answer

A small booking amount reserves your seat and the balance is paid a few days before departure. Exact terms are shared with your itinerary.

Question 4

Can I customise an existing trip?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Almost every package can be customised for dates, group size, hotel category and activities. Use the Custom Trip Builder or ping us on WhatsApp.

Question 5

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellation charges depend on how close to departure you cancel. Full details are on the Cancellation & Refund page.

Question 6

Do you organise corporate offsites?

Accepted Answer

Yes — team-building, adventure, workshops, conference setup and complete coordination. Fill the corporate enquiry form for a custom proposal.
